WIN Academy - Growth in talent

Are you considering other work, are you ready for the next step in your life or do you want to develop your talents? The WIN Academy is about discovering your talents, developing your talents and to put your talents to use for your future.

For who?

The WIN Academy is especially for seksworkers and people who have worked in prostitution and who are considering other work or education, but do not do not know how to approach this or what kind of work suits best. The WIN Academy offers a program that meets your needs. It is made and adaptable to what the participants need and want. Which training a participant attends, is adapted to what they want and need. Together with a personal coach the participant will make a personal plan and together with them we will take steps towards this plan.

The WIN Academy has a lot of knowledge and that is very good. It is a place where you can be you and it does not matter how you feel. For me it has become a place where I learn a lot about myself and where I have developed.

What will you learn at the WIN Academy?

The WIN Academy program consists of practical training whereby we challenge the participant to explore who they are, what they are good at and to work towards their dreams. We support them during this process and to search and find other work. The program consists of:

• What is your dream(job)?
• What are my qualities and what do I want?
• How do I find a job that suits me?
• Presenting succesfully
• Personal skills
• Collaboration
• Making a cv
• Disc training

In the last few years many participants have followed the WIN Academy program and it has given a new perspective for most of them.

I really like it, because it helps me to take a step: to make a different life and know more things about myself. And step by step getting ready for a new job.

Step by Step

The program often provides new perspectives, growth and is a journey full of discoveries. Together with the participant we make a plan that will fit their needs and work towards goals; we take it step by step. These steps can be life-changing. It may not always be easy, but every step of the way we will support the participants and we will be able to take great steps.

Result

At the end of the program, the participants have learned to how search for a job and/or know what they want for their future. The participants found out who they are, what their talents are and have the confidence to take steps towards their future.

After a long and difficult period in my life, now I see light in the darkness. The WIN Academy gives hope.
